Every now and then you get the chance to recruit a new agent by selecting 1 character out of 3 available. Notes: this achievement should be easily unlocked during the course of the campaign.
How to unlock: have 8 Agents in the squad during a single campaign. Tongue Pull: Agent shoots out their tongue to grab a unit and pull them into melee range. Bound enemies cannot be targeted by XCOM for risk of damaging Torque. Bind: Torque wraps up an enemy, dealing damage and preventing them from acting on their turn. Her skills are invaluable for any squad composition, containing a healthy mix between damage output and map control. Now, players can do the same thing to their enemies with Torque. 
One of the most annoying enemies in XCOM 2 was the Viper, an alien that could pull soldiers from cover and strangle them to death. Torque was great, easily the best character <3. Chimera Squad was surprisingly very fun too, I greatly enjoyed it.
